Best Breach VALORANT maps: Unleash tactical mayhem!
In VALORANT, Breach’s best maps are very tight and narrow, meaning all of his abilities he can fire through walls anywhere he goes! If there is an enemy holding a tight corner or an angle you need to peek, that is no issue if you are playing Breach!
These are the best maps for Breach, and both of them make him one of the best picks you can instalock when you see them pop up in your rated games! We suggest not spamming Jett and Reyna every game, and instead when these maps pop up, try playing the Swedish Initiator himself!
Fracture
One of the best VALORANT maps for Breach is Fracture. The tight corners of the map make him a menace with all of his abilities! A problem a lot of other Initiators have in VALORANT, is that they struggle with tight corners.
Agents such as Fade and Gekko are limited to using their abilities with a line of sight on their enemies, but not Breach! His Aftershock concussion ability and his Flashpoint blinding ability are both used through walls, so he can safely clear angles without having to expose himself to another!
A Site
Breach is spectacular at attacking the A Site, as he can clear enemies in A Rope from A Hall without having to expose himself! His Fault Line can be used through the wall to A Rope, so that your team can safely push A Door!
Attacking from the other side of A Site, Breach can do the same thing onto A Site from A Drop. This will clear the close left corner, or Heaven on site, meaning that you won’t lose one of your teammates rushing onto site!
If you’re on the other side of the fight, then Breach is a great defensive agent on Fracture too. Being able to concuss enemies from A Rope in A Hall and play aggressively means that he can swing angles on concussed and blinded enemies!
B Site
On Fracture, most angles you need to clear are covered by potential enemies lurking in other angles nearby. For instance, you can’t clear behind the boxes by B Generator, without having to expose yourself to either B Canteen or B Generator itself!
With Breach you can use your Aftershock or even your Fault Line to clear these boxes without having to swing them first!
If your team fancies attacking from B Arcade instead, then Breach is great at pushing into B Link and clearing enemies rotating through Defender Side Spawn from A Site, or he could even clear B Tower for a more direct approach!
If you are defending B Site on Breach, a great defensive Blind is through the B Site wall facing B Main. If enemies are pushing up, they have nowhere to turn to avoid the blind! This is a simple swing for you to grab an easy four kills with no issue.
Alternatively, you could play aggressively and flash B Bench from B Arcade, and swing an enemy to get an early first blood! This also allows you to rotate through Attacker Side Bridge and flank any enemies pushing A Site.
Ascent
Another one of the best Breach maps in VALORANT is Ascent. The high-flying Venician city map works wonders with the tight alleyways and chokepoints. Every lane and entryway on Ascent is very narrow, meaning his concussions and Aftershock damage is a lot harder to dodge on most of Ascent.
Both sites open up and become wider once you get onto them, but this works well for Breach as he can blind the whole site.
A Site
If you are pushing A Site, the obvious blind is through the A Main wall onto A Site, which blinds any enemies sitting by Generator or in Heaven.
If you want to switch it up and push Mid, you can blind through cubby into A Link, and make your way through to the door or to gardens.
Defending A Site on Ascent as Breach is a piece of cake, as all you have to do is sit behind Generator, Screens in Heaven, or even the Tetris boxes, wait for enemies to push, then swing with your blind!
As soon as enemies are on site, they have very little cover until they get to Generator, so just use your element of surprise.
B Site
Attacking B Site on Ascent with Breach will see you using a blind through B Main onto the top of site, which flashes enemies watching from CT and Market, and then another pushing along catwalk onto B Site. This clears every angle enemies can be at except for Back Site, so make sure to clear that afterwards!
Pushing Mid to B will have you flashing Bottom Mid from Mid Courtyard, and then Market from Bottom Mid. Breach has two flashes so his arsenal is formidable in this scenario.
Defending B Site is different to A Site, as enemies have a lot of cover pushing towards site, so instead we recommend playing aggressively and flashing B Main then peeking with it, or alternatively holding Back Site and flashing B Site as enemies push onto site!
