KOI are a professional esports organization based in Spain and were founided in December 2021 by popular Spanish caster/streamer Ibai Llanos & FC Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué. Their VALORANT division was established in January 2022 and also compete in League of Legends, Rocket League and Rainbow Six: Seige.

This event is organized by Riot Games, sponsored by INZONE, Red Bull, paysafecard. 12 teams are competing in a Two Single-Round Robin Groups, then Double-Elimination bracket. 1st-3rd place winners will qualify to Masters Toronto.
