KOI are a professional esports organization based in Spain and were founided in December 2021 by popular Spanish caster/streamer Ibai Llanos & FC Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué. Their VALORANT division was established in January 2022 and also compete in League of Legends, Rocket League and Rainbow Six: Seige.

KCX4: Forever Rivals is a showmatch organized by Karmine Corp in Rocket League, VALORANT and League of Legends. All matches are against the structure KOI.
