VS glow announces retirement from professional VALORANT
Vision Strikers, the Korean team with over 100+ consecutive wins between 2020 and 2021 has announced that the team captain, Kim "glow" Min-soo, will be retiring from professional VALORANT. Failing to qualify for Masters Reykjavik, changes were bound to happen even after a long strike of winnings. glow, who's now 33, had a great career in VALORANT where we saw him win all tournaments Vision Strikers participated in except the latest event, VCT Stage 2 VCT 2021 - Stage 2 - Korea - Challengers where they fell to NUTURN.
During his tenure with Vision Strikers, glow was mostly focused on the Controller role in the team playing Omen, Brimstone and lately Astra.
He boosts an average of 1.01 Rating in 2021 with 196 ACS, 1.1 K/D and 125.1 Average Damage per Round. In total, he won over $30,000 with Vision Strikers during the various wins in Clan Act Battles, First Strike, Masters Stage 1 and many other events.
In the video announcement, glow has confirmed that now was the perfect time for him to retire considering his age and the future of the team.
