Vivo Keyd says goodbye to roster
Vivo Keyd Stars has parted ways with its VALORANT team. The team consisted of Leonardo "mwzera" Serrati, Olavo "heat" Marcelo, Murillo "murizzz" Tuchtenhagen, Roberto "Mazino" Rivas, and Igor "RHZ" Aran Baruti Lima.
Vivo Keyd recently said goodbye to these players a month after the organisation wasn’t selected for one of the ten spots in the VCT 2023 Americas league. In a post made on social media, the organisation thanked the athletes for having been part of the team's history and wished the players success in the next steps of their careers.
The news that Vivo Keyd’s former team members are now free agents for next year doesn’t come as a shock to most people, as almost all of them are linked to joining Brazilian organisations that have partnered with Riot Games for VCT 2023. Mwzera just agreed to sign with FURIA, according to a report by Brazilian outlet, The Enemy, while heat, murizzz, and RgLM are rumoured to be on their way to mibr. News on RHZ remains to be confirmed.
Vivo Keyd has been a part of VALORANT’s competitive scene since September 2020, but it’s currently unclear if the Brazilian organisation plans to remain in VALORANT after not being selected for the partnership program.
