Tacolilla is allowed to explore other options
In his latest tweet, Vicente Ignacio "Tacolilla" Compagnon Quintar has announced that his contract with Leviatan is expiring, and he is now open to exploring other options. Taco was one of the most important pieces of the Leviatan roster in 2023, and we will probably watch him in a different jersey in the upcoming year.
Tacolilla has been playing for Leviatan since the beginning of 2022
Tacolilla joined Leviatan at the beginning of the 2022 season. He was a part of Australs, but after the organization ceased operations, the Chilean player signed a contract with Leviatan. Taco rapidly started the season with his new team by winning the VCT 2022: LAS Stage 1 Challengers. Despite losing the VCT 2022: LATAM Stage 1 Challengers Playoffs Final to KRÜ Esports, Leviathan took their revenge in VCT 2022: LATAM Stage 2 Challengerts Playoffs Final and booked their tickets to VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen and VALORANT Champions 2022. Tacolilla had a solid season with his team. Leviathan finished MAsters Copenhagen at 5th-6th place and VALORANT Champions 2022 at 7th-8th place.
Leviatan were one of the esports organizations that were accepted to VCT 2023 Americas League, and Taco stayed with the team. Leviathan placed 5th at the end of the regional tournament and qualified for the VCT 2023: Americas Last Chance Qualifier. However, the organization lost 3-1 to KRÜ Esports, and the season ended earlier than expected.
