Solary, the organization based in France and best known for their "Web TV" and several French streamers under their brand, has announced their own VALORANT roster.
Solary puts the pieces together
The most notable player in Solary's 2023 roster is Algerian/French Amine "Amilwa" Saidi, former Team Heretics and Karmine Corp player. Amilwa started his professional VALORANT career in February 2021 in an organization-less team called Volvo Peek and signed a contract with Heretics in July 2021. After struggling there for about 3 months, Amilwa had a 1-month adventure with Rebels Gaming in October 2021. The Algerian then played for MOUZ for 2 months between February 2022 and April 2022. Amilwa took part in only 1 tournament during his time at MOUZ. VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 DACH: Amilwa and his team made it to the semifinals of Evolution Stage 1, but lost to FOKUS in the semifinals and finished the tournament in 3rd place. In May 2022, Amilwa joined his last team Karmine Corp, where he played for 5 months. However, in September 2022, Amilwa left the team when the organization parted ways with the roster and signed with Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom-led squad.
Solary's announced roster includes some familiar names. Starting with former HEET trio Sofian "b2kk" Delimi, Thach "Kinguyen" Nguyen, and Laurent "memset" Werly. French player memset also formerly played for MOUZ which he joined in February 2022 for about 10 months. During that time, he participated in numerous B and C-Tier tournaments. His most notable tournament achievement is VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 DACH: Evolution Stage 1, where he finished in 3rd place.
The 5th player to complete Solary's roster is 18-year-old young talent Elric "juseu" Belland. The Irish/French player started his career in November 2020 at the age of 16 with an organization-less team called Corgi and from there he joined Volvo Peek. After being a standout there, the youngster went on trial with Alliance in June. After a rather lackluster 2 months, juseu ended his trial period and left the team. He was then a part of numerous org-less lineups. Then, in February 2022, juseu joined the 2022 roster of Sweden-based esports organization Team BDS. Finally, the young player joined BONK in October 2022, where he became the VCT 2022 OFF SEASON - G-Loot Clash 2022 - Showdown champion. juseu also finished in 2nd place in the VCT 2022 OFF SEASON - Regional League France: Revolution - Coupe de France with BONK. At just 18 years old, juseu is considered one of the most promising young players of the VALORANT scene.
Also, former HEET coach Adil "elemeNt" Maufroid, who b2kk, Kinguyen and memset worked with at HEET, is the head coach of Solary.
