One of the most important pieces of the disbanded XSET roster, Jordan "AYRIN" He has decided to join overseas, according to the report of George Geddes. The Canadian player is headed to the VCT 2023 Pacific League as he has signed a contract with Global Esports.

The VCT 2022 North America Stage 2 Challengers winner roster of XSET disbanded due to not getting into partnership. Cryo joined 100 Thieves, as covered, and the rest of the roster was released from their contracts. Global Esports reached out to the IGL of the lineup, AYRIN, to join the Pacific League in the 2023 season. Today, Global Esports also shared a short cinematic of AYRIN’s previous performances, without giving any names but it was obvious.

The Canadian IGL of XSET joined the team at the start of the 2021 season. He played in many different tournaments before the organization reached the highest level. XSET won the NA championship and AYRIN was one of the most important pieces. He competed on the international stage twice but both were actual international tournaments. Global Esports will be his first stop out of North America in his career. He currently holds a 0.97 rating in 6461 rounds. His rating might seem low but his ability to call for plays during the game is truly respected by his teammates.

If the deal gets official, Global Esports’ roster for the upcoming season will include:

India Akshay "Kappa" Sinkar India Bhavin "HellrangeR" Kotwani India Jayanth "skillZ" Ramesh India Ganesh "SKRossi" Gangadhar India Abhirup "Lightningfast" Paul Choudhury Canada Jordan "AYRIN" He India Vatsal "Nghtmre2k" Uniyal South Korea Hong "Eraser" Chang-pyo India Malav "Rexdreams" Popat
