paiN Gaming complete roster with NOORG 2.0
After several months of limbo, Brazilian organization paiN Gaming have officially nailed down their VALORANT squad with the signing of the rest of NOORG 2.0.
The 3 players paiN have signed are André "Txozin" Saidel, Vitor "kon4n" Hugo, and Matheus "matheuzin" Brito, as well as coach Carlos “CeVSUD” Picinato. Txozin, like his teammates Murillo "murizzz" Tuchtenhagen and Pedro "ole" Orlandini, is an Overwatch player from South American Contenders and the Brazilian national team. As for kon4n, he comes from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, where he was a lower-level player as well as a coach for Avalanche GG. Coach CeVSUD is a former CS:GO coach for Brazilian teams like Redemption Porto Alegre and Santos e-Sports.
Reports surfaced all the way back in May that paiN were looking to get into VALORANT with a 5-man roster centered around former Overwatch players murizzz and ole. The two were signed several weeks later. However, the signing of the other 3 players never happened, leaving the pair without teammates.
The two took several months off, but returned in September with a roster named NOORG 2.0. The team was an immediate success, winning their very first event, Gamers Club Ultimate #2, against some of Brazil’s best teams. They followed it up with a 2nd place finish in the Copa Rakin #2. This past week, they played in the first open qualifier for Brazil’s First Strike, but ultimately failed to qualify for the closed qualifier after losing to RED Canids.
paiN are one of the biggest organizations in Brazil, and will be looking for results to match. Fortunately for them, though, giving murizzz and ole time seems to have paid off, as NOORG 2.0 are one of the best squads in Brazil. Their performance at First Strike will be heavily scrutinized.
paiN Gaming are:
Murillo “murizzz” Tuchtenhagen Pedro “ole” Orlandini André “Txozin” Saidel Vitor “kon4n” Hugo Matheus “matheuzin” Brito
Carlos “CeVSUD” Picinato (Coach)
