After starting her professional VALORANT career at Oxxgen Esports, Ritha later shone in Futbolis Female. She has been a part of the team since July 2022, when NAVI entered the GC arena with its first female VALORANT team. Ritha became the champion of REBELS Final in Istanbul under the NAVI Celestials jersey. Then, in the VCT 2022: Game Changers EMEA Series 3, the team finished in 3rd place behind Guild X and G2 Esports. In VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Series 1 and 2, the team, unfortunately, failed to qualify for the playoffs.
Last year, NAVI Celestials announced the signing of 4 former Futbolist Female players, Aslıhan "proxima" Uslu, Reyhan "Sephia" Şimşek, Süreyya "Gia" Bayel, Zeynep "Ritha" Sualp, and Irmak "River" Peküz from SuperMassive Blaze to form the GC roster. However, in March 2023, River left the team and joined Futbolis Female. The organization replaced River with Miyori from BBL Queens. NAVI Celestials, composed entirely of Turkish stars, lost 2:0 to G2 Esports in the Upper Bracket Final of VCT 2022: Game Changers EMEA Series 3, falling to the Lower Bracket Final, where they lost to Guild X and finished the tournament in 3rd place. Recently, the team lost their chance to qualify for the playoffs, with 4 wins and 3 losses at Game Changers 2023: Stage II EMEA.
It is unknown who NAVI Celestials will add as the 5th player in the VALORANT Game Changers 2023 - EMEA Series 3, which starts on September 11.
