Luminosity Gaming add dazzLe and ban, bring in TiGG temporarily
Luminosity Gaming have confirmed the signings of Will "dazzLe" Loafman and Joseph Seungmin "ban" Oh prior to the start of VCT 2021 - Stage 3 - North America - Challengers 1 - Open Qualifier, as well as the temporary addition of Tanner "TiGG" Spanu to replace Kaleb "moose" Jayne, who can’t play due to an injured wrist.
With not long to go before the NA Open Qualifiers, Luminosity Gaming have sprung up a surprise with three new faces on the roster. Dazzle, who formerly played CS:GO for eUnited, joins after a six-month stint on Ghost Gaming where he failed to impress with a 1.08 rating and 1.05 KD and no tournament wins to speak of. Ban, on the other hand, has shown more promise across a variety of rosters, most recently on the unsigned Squirtle Squad. Playing alongside former Dignitas man Harrison "psalm" Chang and former Complexity member Corbin "C0M" Lee, he has turned heads with a 1.23 rating most frequently with Jett.
To supplement these two signings, TiGG has come into the team on a temporary basis to replace moose, who is reported to have injured his wrist and will be unavailable in the near future. Being a free agent, TiGG seems to be the ideal pickup for Luminosity to cover up the Sova gap left on the team.
Luminosity fans will be hopeful that this change will bring out the best in dazzle and ban and fix the team’s ongoing struggles. The new squad will feature in the VCT NA Challengers 1 - Open Qualifier starting July 1st, where they will be looking to secure top 8 in order to move to the next stage of Challengers.
With these changes, Luminosity Gaming are now:
Alex "aproto" Protopapas Joseph Seungmin "ban" Oh Diondre "YaBoiDre" Bond Will "dazzLe" Loafman Tanner "TiGG" Spanu
Kaleb "moose" Jayne (injured)
