Luminosity Gaming had already signed MIXUP’s VALORANT roster in the middle of August, but the organization decided they want to inject some fresh blood into the squad to turn around their recent results. Lucas "fiziq" Blow will remain with the roster but will be moved to the bench to act as a substitute, while Charles "Hoppin" Clapper was released from the team. The announcement revealed the additions of Justin "Ksiaze" Goszczynski and Zachary "Venerated" Roach, joining Luminosity’s lineup.
Venerated is a former PUBG professional, who was part of Team Envy for most of his career. The player managed to win the FirstBlood PUBG Invitational October 2018, National PUBG League - Royale: Phase 2, and the showmatch Twitch Rivals Squad North America competition. He placed third in both the National PUBG League Phase 1 and the PGS: Berlin North America Closed Qualifier.
As for his VALORANT career, he was part of the 100 Thieves roster that got released before the signature of Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella. Venerated placed 5th-6th in the Knights Invitational Gauntlet Series, and 13th-16th in the FaZe Clan VALORANT Invitational. Although the team as a whole was criticized for their poor performances, he was often the bright spot alongside Spencer "Hiko" Martin.
On the other hand, we have Ksiaze, a former CS:GO player who transitioned into VALORANT like countless others. The Canadian placed 3rd-4th in the WESG 2016 Canada, 9th-12th in the ESEA Advanced Season 32 North America, and 9th-16th in the same competition’s 30th season.
The player managed to finish 2nd in the Pittsburgh Knights Gauntlet - Closed Qualifier before finishing 13th-16th in the main Knights Invitational Gauntlet Series. He was part of the released Charlotte Phoenix roster a little over a month ago. He later joined Rise his former teammates from the Charlotte Phoenix VALORANT roster.
Ksiaze finished 3rd-4th in the EsportsDoug x eUnited Charity Clash, among other respectable finishes in several tournaments. He averages 248 ACS whenever he plays, putting up 1.1 KD and 0.84 KPR playing mainly Phoenix, Jett, and Raze.
This is officially the roster representing Luminosity Gaming for the ongoing PULSE Series, which THESPKE.GG is officially partnered with to provide the event with complete coverage in terms of statistics, agent picks, map win rates, team compositions, and much more.
The current Luminosity Gaming VALORANT roster is:
Alex “aproto” Protopapas Brenden “stellar” McGrath Brady “thi9f” Dever Zachary “Venerated” Roach Justin “Ksiaze” Goszczynski Lucas "fiziq" Blow (Substitute)
