Knights Arena VALORAMPAGE Qualifiers Recap
The qualifiers of Knights Arena Valorampage have come to an end and 16 teams have proceeded to the main event. We saw some exciting competition during the qualifiers and here are the headlines of the earlier stages.
According to the tournament format, the 16 organisations below that have made it to the last stage out of 223 teams are now ready to take the competition to the next level.
Qualified Teams
Zero Marksmen Black ex-Flickbaiters Knights Academy bait academy Vireo.pro YFP Gaming Project A Team Basilisk Kowareta Team Reckaroo Hitbox Stasis Elysium Azure ValorsGG Green Beans Echo AlternativeEven though all teams made it to the main event, Zero Marksmen Black and ex-Flickbaiters were the headliners of the qualifiers as they faced each other in the grand final stage. Zero Marksmen Black managed to pull out a 2-0 win over their opponent and took home $3k on top. On the other hand, ex-Flickbaiters won $1.5k and secured themselves a spot in the main event.
Zero Marksmen Black’s sister team, Zero Marksman Silver, failed to get past the qualifiers after facing a hard loss against IlluZion. Finishing the tournament in 33-64th place, ZMS’s Kolby "Torrify" Bruzzo stepped up for his team in clutch moments even though it wasn’t enough.
Polaris all-female roster tried their best to prove their capacity and reached the round of 64, before getting eliminated to Hitbox . Polaris had eight wins and one loss before the game.
There are many talented players that are going to show their capabilities in the main event against the best players in the competition. Kowareta’s fongy had a magnificent performance against Gods Gifted with Viper in his hands holding a 2.01 rating and 347 ACS.
Coming up next on the list, Yasei’s Connor "flow" McCarthy impressed many fans with his performance against UP NEXT, scoring 1.06, 1.15 and 1.76 ratings respectively in the series. The North American player also stepped up against SHUGS, a fairly less talented roster, putting up 29 kills with Reyna.
The main event will be held between January 20-23 and the champion will earn $12.5k in the end. Cloud9, Version1, NRG, Akrew and many more are waiting to compete against these young bloods.
