Global Esports partners with Adamas to elevate VALORANT team ahead of Pacific LCQ
It has been announced that Global Esports has partnered with Adamas Esports to elevate the team's out-of-game performance. The partnership news comes ahead of the upcoming VCT 2023 - Pacific League - Last Chance Qualifier , which will determine who gets a slot at the biggest and most important VALORANT event of the year, VCT 2023 - Champions.

GE will be looking to prepare their players for the upcoming VCT Pacific LCQ and has decided to seek aid for the VALORANT roster to make sure they are as ready as they can be. The team has had a rather poor run in the VCT 2023 - Pacific League, finishing in 8th place and failing to qualify for the playoffs. This was partly due to Ganesh "SKRossi" Gangadhar's absence for the first couple of matches because of the player's unfortunate VISA issues. Nevertheless, even after he joined his team, GE saw a mixed bag of results for the remainder of the group stage of VCT Pacific.
Adamas to bolster players' mental and team culture ahead of Pacific Last Chance Qualifier
Adamas Esports offers support for esports teams, coaches, and players by improving their out-of-game performance. This may range from coaching to optimizing the team environment and making any cultural adjustment within the team in order for the players to perform at their best when logging into the server.
The partnership shows a heavy investment on the side of Global Esports' management, pointing towards a belief in success for the organization's VALORANT division despite mixed results so far in the season.
"In the high-octane world of esports, skill isn't the only measure of success. Mental strength, resilience, and consistent performance are just as important, if not more so, with our focus on solving operational hurdles with logistics of moving base from India to Seoul and persistently plaguing Visa Issues now potentially out of the way, our attention is now on ensuring our players have the right tools for success," said Rushindra Sinha, co-founder of Global Esports, "With Adamas Esports at our side, we're confident that our players and coaches will get the right guidance and support they need to push their limits, hone their skills, and maintain their mental fortitude, especially in the most challenging of times."
Adamas Esports has an extensive track record of working with some of the world's finest esports organizations including TSM, 100 Thieves, Version1, and many more.
“We continue to have an impact and build our track record in the North American and European esports markets and are excited to expand into Asia through our work with Global Esports and their VCT Pacific team. The role of culture building, coaching development and player wellbeing on performance will continue to play an important role in esports with Global Esports leading the way," said CEO of Adamas Esports Caleb Cousens.
All or nothing for Global Esports
The VCT Pacific LCQ is the last stand for GE to have anything to show for this season in terms of achievements with the VCT. With no notable achievements so far this season, the move to aid the team with out-of-game support will hopefully see the South Asian representatives elevate their game to the next level.
The VCT Pacific LCQ runs from July 15 to July 23 and will see one team advance to VALORANT Champions in Los Angeles in August.
