The North American organisation, Gen.G Esports have picked up former Ninjas in Pyjamas player, Emir "rhyme" Muminovic.

Gen.G have turned to the European free agent market to bolster their squad ahead of VCT 2022. The NA based team haven’t had the best of success over recent times and most recently placed 5th-6th in the VCT 2021 - North America Last Chance Qualifier where they were knocked out by Cloud9 and see the addition of rhyme as a solution to their problems.

rhyme has been part of the top level VALORANT circuit since the launch back in June 2020, he will bring a new dynamic to the team as well as his wealth of knowledge and experience. The Bosnian was last seen officially competing in early November at the Red Bull Home Ground - #2 - Main Event where he had an early exit in the group stage, thus pushing his past 3 months stats to 1.06 rating, 209.90 ACS and 138 ADR.

Gen.G Esports are now complete with the following roster:

Canada Anthony "gMd" Guimond United States Shawn "Shawn" O'Riley United States Kenneth "koosta" Suen United States Nicholas "NaturE" Garrison Bosnia and Herzegovina Emir "rhyme" Muminovic
