G2 Gozen complete lineup with roxi
G2 Gozen has announced the addition of Vivian "roxi" Schilling to replace Julia "juliano" Kiran, who recently ended her VALORANT career and moved to G2 CS:GO team G2 Oya.
29 years-old Julian "juliano" Kiran, the former IGL of the G2 Gozen roster, announced on March 7 that she was ending her VALORANT career and returning to G2 Esports' women's CS:GO team, G2 Oya. G2 Gozen, looking for its 5th player after this change, announced that it has completed its roster by signing roxi from Guild X.
G2 Gozen sign a player from rival team
roxi is a former professional CS:GO player, just like her new teammates Petra "Petra" Stoker and Michaela "mimi" Lintrup. roxi started playing for an organization-less team called Project X after switching from CS:GO to VALORANT in April 2021. After playing there for about 6 months, she has been playing for Guild X since Guild Esports signed the entire team.
roxi's former team Guild X, have a deep history of rivarly with G2 Gozen. Guild X with roxi in their ranks, placed 2nd at events on three occasions; first in the VCT 2021: Game Changers EMEA Series 3 grand final and then in the VCT 2022: Game Changers EMEA Series 1 and 2 grand final, losing to G2 Gozen. Finally, roxi and her team placed 1st in the VCT GC 2022 - EMEA - Series 3 by defeating G2 Gozen 3:2 in the grand final.
G2 Gozen will compete in VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Series 1, which will take place from April 24 to May 21, this year.
