forZe restructure lineup around Art1st
After rebuilding for several weeks, forZe have announced the final additions to complete their lineup.
forZe originally entered the VALORANT scene by acquiring the CIS roster EveryBodyDance, which featured at the WePlay! VALORANT Invitational as the team finished 7th. On August 4th, 2020, forZe announced major roster changes. Stefan "1mpala" Ailazyan and Nikolai "kolyaN" Varaxin left the team, while Denis "hugeon" Vasiliev joined and Dmitry "SmartSeven" Smartselov was put on trial.
After the dissolution of PartyParrots, Vyacheslav "Art1st" Lyadnov began playing with the forZe lineup, participating in two GLX EU Battles, GLX EU Battle #3 and GLX EU Battle #4, with the team. In the most recent one, GLX EU Battle #5, Dmitry "SUYGETSU" Ilyushin joined the team, and forZe took home the victory over Entropiq in the finals. Now, forZe have announced the release of SmartSeven and the signing of Art1st and SUYGETSU, confirming this lineup as the one they’ll go with for the future.
Art1st is a former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive professional. He first made an impression with organization-less CIS team 5balls, before he was picked up by Pro100 in 2019 for a trial period. After several events with the organization, he did not stick around, and played on several more organization-less teams before switching to VALORANT.
In VALORANT, of course, Art1st found great success with PartyParrots. The team won many smaller events such as the Wave Esports Invitational Cup - S1 and Epulze Valorant Prodigies, and challenged the best in Europe at The Vitality European Open and the WePlay! VALORANT Invitational. Art1st exclusively played Sage for the team, running a more aggressive, North American-esque style.
SUYGETSU has had some VALORANT experience as well. He formed a CIS team known as DAT Team way back at the end of April, with whom he won several weekly tournaments. Recently, he’s played events with ex-forZe player SmartSeven, before joining forZe for their victory in the GLX EU Battle #5.
forZe’s new roster are set to make their debut in the TOURSTAT Summer Clash, who's first week of competition starts today, on September 7th, 2020.
forZe’s roster is:
Nikita “Coffee” Antsypirovich Nikolai “zeddy” Lapko Denis “hugeon” Vasiliev Vyacheslav “Art1st” Lyadnov Dmitry “SUYGETSU” Ilyushin
Vladimir “PNUKH” Chernov (Coach)
