Dima switches to VALORANT to join Team Singularity
Back in October 2020, Team Singularity entered the VALORANT scene through picking up the majority of the FishkaVTom’s roster. Since then, they managed to win the Valorant Hero Challenge, and finished as the 2nd best team in the CIS region following their tremendous performances in the First Strike CIS Regional Final.
The Danish esports organization is looking to continue injecting power into their VALORANT roster, and their latest addition is Dmitriy "Dimaoneshot" Bandurka. The Russian is a former professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player, who represented Team Phenomenon, Arcade eSports, ESPADA, among others.
During his tenure playing Valve’s tactical shooter, he won the Cyber.Bet Golden League, Eden Arena: Malta Vibes Week 7, Binary Dragons Prestige LAN, and finished 2nd in the CIS Minor Championship Katowice 2019. As for VALORANT, he already participated in both the Nicecactus February Trophy - Qualifier #2 and the Nicecactus February Trophy - Qualifier #4, finishing 9th-16th and 5th-8th respectively. Dima is part of Team Singularity’s roster going into the VCT 2021 - Stage 1 - CIS - Challengers 3 - Play-Ins/Play-Offs, so it will be exciting to see what he brings to the table.
Dima comes in to replace Nikita "trexx" Cherednichenko on the team after the organization decided to bench him, and they previously trialed Seymon "purp0" Borchev for the vacant spot that has been now filled.
