Davidp completes G2 Esports VALORANT roster
There is no doubt G2 Esports are building a VALORANT powerhouse, and the organization’s CEO, Carlos “ocelote” Rodriguez, expressed before why he wants to dive into Riot Games’ tactical shooter while it is still young. Well, he didn’t waste any time in assembling what arguably is one of the best VALORANT rosters in the world currently, including Oscar Cañellas "m1xwell" Colocho, Patryk "paTiTek" Fabrowski, Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi, Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks, and now David "davidp" Prins is officially their fifth.
David “davidp” Prins is a former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive professional, and he was an outstanding player to say the least. The Belgian managed to win the ESEA Season 28: Premier Division Europe, ESEA Season 29: Global Challenge, and Hunt Wave League during his tenure with 3DMAX between June 2018 and March 2019. He didn’t stop there as davidp continued to collect titles during the remainder of his CS:GO career, taking home the VulkanBet Invitational and Liga de Videojuegos Profesional La Copa 2019 competitions.
His switch to VALORANT was seamless and davidp instantly saw success. He played with several teams, and managed to win the ROG Cup #1 with Team Skyyart and G2 Esports European Brawl II with Team ScreaM. David "davidp" Prins was part of Team Mixwell, the first member of G2 Esports VALORANT roster, during the G2 Esports Invitational, who came out victorious in the end. He has been playing as stand-in for the organization for a while now, and found repetitive success with the team as well, winning both the WePlay! VALORANT Invitational and The Vitality European Open .
The current G2 Esports lineup consists of:
Oscar “Mixwell” Cañellas Coloch Patryk “Patitek” Fabrowski Jacob “pyth” Mourujärvi Ardis “ardiis” Svarenieks David “davidp” Prins
