BLEED Esports is slowly finalizing the 2024 VCT roster, announcing the signing of Javier "Egoist" Chua as the team's 4th player.

Egoist started his esports journey with Paper Rex back in 2020 but didn't get to play many matches before Team SMG picked him up for the 2021 VCT season. Unfortunately, things didn't go so well, and they couldn't qualify for the SEA Stage 2: Challengers Finals, so Egoist took a break from competitive play for almost two years. He made a comeback with a revamped X10 Esports, hoping to qualify for VCT: Pacific Ascension through the Malaysia/Singapore Challengers League: Split 2. However, they fell short in the grand final against none other than BLEED. After that, X10 Esports dropped the whole squad, leaving Egoist without a team once again.

BLEED had an amazing 2023 season, winning both the Malaysia/Singapore Leagues and making it to their region's Ascension League, where they dominated most of their group stage matches, becoming the top seed in Group Omega. They only needed two more wins to secure their spot in the 2024 Pacific League but had a hiccup against BOOM Esports. They managed to bounce back and defeat their opponents, setting up a grand final showdown with SCARZ. BLEED took down Japan's representatives in three quick matches and became the Ascension champions.

Following their victory, Tyler "Juicy" James Aeria and Marcus "nephh" Tan announced they were taking a break from pro play to fulfill their military service duties before returning. With Egoist as a 4th player on the lineup, BLEED is almost set for the Pacific League, with just one spot left to fill.

So, as of now, BLEED's lineup is:

  • Singapore Derrick "Deryeon" Yee
  • Vietnam Ngô "Crazyguy" Công Anh
  • Thailand Nutchapon "sScary" Matarat
  • Singapore Javier "Egoist" Chua
  • Germany Nikola "LEGIJA" Ninić (Head Coach)
  • Singapore Sushant "Ominous" Jha (Analyst)
  • India Charnjit "s3rius" Singh Mudhar (Assistant Coach)
