To the surprise of absolutely no one, NYFU have finalized their roster with the addition of Aaron "b0i" Thao, completing the signing of the players that won the Renegades x NSG VALORANT Invitational a week ago.

b0i comes from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, where he played in 2019 and 2020 at the ESEA and Mountain Dew League level. In VALORANT, though, he’s achieved far far more. He played a few events earlier into the game’s life, but then took time off. During this period, he often played with professional players on his stream, and was rumoured to be trialing with 100 Thieves. In late September, b0i appeared with Complexity, dropping out in the group stage of the Nerd Street Gamers - Monthly September. He then began playing with Andbox, where he replaced Adam "aKis" Kisseberth, and he’s been with them ever since. He had an immediate impact upon joining, showcasing stellar fragging potential in their big-name tournament win. He played Omen for the team, and currently boasts a 215 ACS and 1.2 KD.

Andbox looked great in their Renegades x NSG win, and with the roster locked up, can fully focus on First Strike. They’ll have their sights set on qualification for the main event, and possibly even more. It all kicks off on Monday, October 26th, with the First Strike North America - NSG Tournament - Open Qualifier.

    Andbox are:

United States Jaccob “yay” Whiteaker Canada Bradley “ANDROID” Fodor United States Sebastian “seb” Bucki United States Jake “POACH” Brumleve United States Aaron “b0i” Thao

United States Matt “Warden” Dickens (Coach) Serbia Gordan “g0g1” Prošić (Assistant Coach)
