Alliance reveal Fearoth as VALORANT team captain
Since the moment Alliance announced their entrance into the VALORANT competitive scene through appointing caster and host James "BanKs" Banks as the team’s General Manager, everyone has been anticipating their roster’s announcement. The first piece of the puzzle has been locked in, and it is Enzo "Enzo" Mestari acting as the team’s captain.
Fearoth represented Ninjas in Pyjamas between July 2020 and September 2020. He managed to get 1st in both the Occitanie Esports - 2020 and the Take The Throne #8, 3rd in the Take The Throne #8, 4th in the BLAST Valorant Twitch Invitational, among several standout performances. His most recent result is ending 3rd in the Logitech G Invitational.
The French player comes over from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive after having spent quite a few years playing the game competitively. He represented the likes of Asterion, Smoke Criminals, 3DMAX, among others. He won both the Alienware Game Arena 2019 Split 1 and the Swisscom Hero League Season 3 competitions. In addition to that, he finished 2nd in both the EPICENTER 2018 Europe Open Qualifier #1 and the Gamdom Premier.
“For me, the first goal is to make sure that the Alliance fans can be proud of the team, and of course, during this year, we want to participate in all the official Riot tournaments, we want to make progress during the year, we want to make surprises and we want to win trophies,” said Fearoth.
Considering he is the first player on the Alliance roster, and is officially the captain of the team, it looks like BanKs is building a behemoth of a team. Only time will tell who else will join the French player on his crusade to dominate the VALORANT competitive scene.
