The Turkish esports organization, İstanbul Wildcats signed a competitive roster a while ago and made their names known in the scene. However, they failed to show their true strengths and eventually made changes. Today, Wildcats have announced their rosters featuring mini, hatex, Anima, 7ssk7, braveaf, and the head coach Leader.

İstanbul Wildcats are one of the most famous esports organizations in Turkey. This year, they decided to invest more into their VALORANT division and signed braveaf, AslaN, and d3ffo for the off-season tournament, Open Fire All-Stars 2022. Wildcats got swept against Team Lixa in the first match of the tournament and the journey ended pretty soon. The organization decided to keep braveaf within the roster and change the other pieces, including d3ffo and AslaN, as well as the Turkish core. It was rumored that Wildcats wanted to build a roster consisting of CIS players but the ruleset didn’t let them.

Wildcats decided to use their foreigner quota on 7ssk7 and braveaf. 7ssk7 played for Natus Vincere against the best teams in EMEA and he is currently holding a 1.10 rating while braveaf parted ways with Fnatic a couple of months ago and did not play for any teams apart from İstanbul Wildcats. He joined the organization alongside d3ffo but the organization decided not to keep him on the roster. The Turkish core of Wildcats will consist of mini, hatex, and Anima. mini and hatex used to play for Galakticos and Anima was on the inactive list for Wildcats. Anima currently has the best rating on the roster with 1.14.

İstanbul Wildcats’ new roster for the upcoming season is as follows:

Belarus Artur "7ssk7" Kyourshin Russian Federation Andrew "braveaf" Gorchakov Turkey Muhammed "mini" Salman Turkey Cüneyd "hatex" Baş Turkey Uğurcan "anima" Aydın

Turkey Kaan "Leader" Taşpınar (Head Coach)
