According to the latest announcement, 100 Thieves will continue their way with Daniel "ddk" Kapadia as the new general manager, Sean "seangares" Gares as head coach and Michael "Mikes" Hockom taking on the assistant coach role. Besides, Jovanni "Jovi" Vera has left the organization.

100 Thieves had poor performances throughout VCT 2022 - North America - Stage 1 - Main Event as the team ended their run with one win and four losses. The North American team failed to qualify for the playoffs and ended their Stage 1 run earlier than expected. During this time, they parted ways with Adam "ec1s" Eccles and Hunter "BabyJ" Schline and loaned Noah "jcStani" Smith from Kansas City Pioneers and Sean "bang" Bezerra from TSM. As a result, the chemistry wasn’t optimal as they decided to make a huge change before the second stage.

DDK will be the new general manager of the team. The North American GM has been a caster before and he has cast many important tournaments including VCT 2021 - Stage 1 - North America Masters, VCT 2021 - Stage 2 - Masters Reykjavík, and VCT 2021 - VALORANT Champions 2021. Another caster, seangares is the new head coach of the team. Sean is one of the most famous FPS players in the region as he proved his worth during his Counter Strike: Global Offensive years. Lastly, Mikes will be his assistant. He worked for G2 Esports to start his coaching career and lastly appeared under the Envy roof.

100 Thieves’ new staff looks stacked and their roster is as follows:

United States Spencer "Hiko" Martin United States Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk United States Ethan "Ethan" Arnold United States Noah "jcStani" Smith United States Sean "bang" Bezerra

United Kingdom Daniel "ddk" Kapadia (General Manager) United States Sean "seangares" Gares (Head Coach) United States Michael "Mikes" Hockom (Assistant Coach)
