100 Thieves complete lineup with Immortals stars Asuna and Dicey
After weeks of speculation, 100 Thieves have finally revealed the final two members of their roster as young Immortals stars Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk and Quan "dicey" Tran.
Asuna was announced as Immortals’ final member on June 10th, 2020, and has since been an absolute standout for the team, recording 244 ACS and 0.76 damage per round throughout his time with the team. Often serving as the entry fragger on Raze or other high-impact agents, his ability to top frag and lead the team has brought Immortals significant success, including a top 3 finish at the FaZe Clan VALORANT Invitational.
Dicey joined Immortals ahead of the FaZe Clan VALORANT Invitational to replace Joseph "Bjor" Bjorklund and function as the team’s Jett/Operator player. His first tournament was a roaring success, as was mentioned, with Immortals finishing 3rd, and he’s since become a core part of their roster and a fragger the team can’t do without. His incredible ace at the Pop Flash VALORANT Invitational has become a play for the ages.
In an interview with THESPIKE.GG, Asuna discussed how experienced Counter-Strike professionals could mold young players into being VALORANT stars. With Asuna and Dicey each being teenagers, they now join those sorts of players in Spencer "Hiko" Martin, Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella, and Joshua "steel" Nissan on a lineup that is sure to challenge the best in the region. Ahead of the recently announced First Strike tournament, 100 Thieves will definitely be a team to watch out for.
This also leaves Immortals looking for two members. With little top-tier talent left unsigned, they will have to battle with other teams looking for members, such as T1 and Dignitas, ahead of First Strike.
100 Thieves’ completed lineup is:
Spencer “Hiko” Martin Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella Joshua “steel” Nissan Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk Quan “Dicey” Tran
Immortals are:
Noah “jcStani” Smith Yannick “KOLER” Blanchette Amgalan “genghsta” Nemekhbayar
