Valorant Pick Up scrims Discord

I just created a discord for pick up scrims. Basically, my intention for the server is to help the community play in an environment that holds competitive integrity, anyone can use this discord server, whether they be on a team or not, to organize scrims with other players. I've got 4 rules for the server, which are pretty much as non-restricting as you can be with rules.
Rule #1: Don't be an asshole, every other rule can fall under this rule.
Rule #2: No trolling scrims, if an admin gets a message that someone is constantly trolling scrims, you'll be banned from the server for 24 hours.
Rule #3: No rank elitism. I created this server to help people improve their skills in a competitive environment.
Rule #4: No racism, permanent ban will ensue for racism, no appeal.
