Turks in EU

PugetJust wondering, do you guys know why are EU servers full of Turkish people? I usually play on Frankfurt and Paris and both my teammates and enemy players are talking to each others in Turkish all the time. They have their own server in Turkey yet they play in EU and I have yet to meet a non toxic Turk.
