SolooRigel.esport, a dynamic and passionate eSports structure under the 1901 law, is looking for a Coach Valorant experienced to support our competitive team. With an already assembled and solid squad, at Immortal level, we aspire to reach new heights and establish ourselves on the eSports scene. Mission :
- Supervise and lead our Valorant team during training and competitions.
- Analyze individual and collective performances to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop appropriate game strategies and game plans.
- Organize VOD review sessions and post-match debriefings.
- Maintain effective and constructive communication with players and staff members.
- Actively participate in the development of the team’s technical and mental skills.
Required profile :
- Proven experience as a coach or analyst on Valorant or other FPS games.
- In-depth knowledge of Valorant's current meta, agents, and maps.
- Ability to quickly analyze game situations and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and group management skills.
- Passion for eSports and desire to contribute to the success of an ambitious team.
- Availability to follow the team during competitions and regular training sessions.
