All other matches are Bo1
Teams that reach 3 wins advance to the Upper Swiss Phase
Teams that reach 3 losses are relegated to their respective region's qualifier in the next Stage

4 invited teams from the North region's "Direct Invite" process [1]
4 invited teams from the East region from Split 2 Standings [1]
8 teams from the Lower Swiss Phase
Elimination and Advancement matches are Bo3
All other matches are Bo1
Teams that reach 3 wins advance to the Playoffs and stay in the Upper Swiss Phase for the next Stage
Teams that reach 3 losses are relegated to the Lower Swiss Phase in the next Stage
